1 large ripe banana mashed
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
use granola cups for yogurt or ice cream
In large bowl whisk banana, honey, vanilla, salt and cinnamon.
Mix in oats and walnuts until well combined.
Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin cups , pressing the mixture into the bottom and sides to form a crust.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Pre-heat oven to 350 a little before ready to bake.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Top with yogurt and berries or ice cream.
